My lifelong passion is searching for high quality ingredients and creating very clean flavors. I love to explore vibrant colors and new and interesting texture combinations to excite the palate. Inception of a dish happens when i see the ingredients as they are, after i have purchased them. Playing culinary jazz, bending the rules and improvising during the menu writing process, is part of my signature style. I will bring a world-class experience to your home, allowing you to leave the world behind as you and your guests get lost in culinary ecstasy. My specialty is plated, tasting menu dinners with beverage pairings but can also service larger groups with a more casual presentation.
